Vincent F. Chevrier, PhD.
General Manager - Business Development
Vincent Chevrier is the General Manager – Business Development for Midrex Technologies. Principal among his duties is studying long-term market trends and their evolution including hydrogen ironmaking. He began his career in the steel industry at IRSID in France (now part of Arcelor-Mittal R&D) in 1992. After obtaining his doctorate, he worked in the melt-shop and scrap yard for J&L Specialty Steel in various engineering and management positions. Prior to joining Midrex in 2011, he held management positions at Keywell LLC, a leading recycler of high-performance metals. Until his transfer to the Commercial Department, he was responsible for all innovation, R&D, and technology improvements programs for Midrex.
Vincent earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France), a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.

John Linklater
Services Program Manager
John C. Linklater is Services Program Manager – Global Solutions at Midrex Technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in direct reduction and steel plants. Since joining Midrex in 2007, he has held various roles including Lead Mechanical Engineer and Chief of Mechanical Engineering. In his current role, he is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing aftermarket service programs. Prior to his career at Midrex, he was a mechanical engineer for the direct reduction modules of Hadeed in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. He has extensive experience in plant operations, aftermarket solutions, and plant and client services.
John is registered in the United Kingdom as an Incorporated Engineer with a Graduateship from City and Guilds London.

Brad Cantrell
Brad Cantrell is Equipment Program Manager at Midrex Technologies. Since joining Midrex in 2016, he has worked in Plant and Aftermarket Sales in the Commercial Group. Brad has been involved with many projects including oversees expansions, MxCol® Plants, automation, briquetting, and market studies.
Brad is a United States Marine Corps veteran and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
