Midrex Names Trisha Trautman as First Chief Human Resources Officer
Midrex is pleased to announce the appointment of Trisha Trautman as the company’s first Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
The creation of this role reflects Midrex’s commitment to its People–Growth–Technology (PGT) strategy and underscores the importance of its teammates in driving business growth, digital transformation and continued innovation. Establishing a dedicated CHRO position will further strengthen the People & Culture function as a strategic partner to the business.
In her new role, Trisha will serve as a member of the Executive Committee and report directly to the CEO. She will lead Midrex’s global People & Culture strategy, supporting organizational growth and the development of capabilities critical to the company’s long-term success.
Trisha brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, including significant international expertise. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at RQM+, where she led the development and expansion of the HR function to support growth across the United States and Europe, along with key initiatives in organizational transformation, acquisitions and integration.
She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Washington & Jefferson College.
